Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our policies referenced here, including the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Content Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. The Service is intended for finding travel companions and is not a dating service.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
• You must complete verification steps where required and must not impersonate anyone or create false, misleading or duplicate accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. What we provide

Find Travel Partner is a platform that helps verified travelers discover and connect with potential travel companions, plan trips using our AI tools, share updates in a community feed, and book travel through third-party partners. We also offer optional concierge and custom travel-package services (see Section 8).

We are an introduction and technology platform. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or party to any arrangement you make with another member. We do not arrange, supervise, accompany or take responsibility for any trip, meeting or activity between members.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully, and not to:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, abuse or harm other members;
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or otherwise prohibited under our Content Policy;
• Use the Service for unsolicited advertising, spam or commercial solicitation;
• Request or solicit money, gifts or financial information from other members;
• Circumvent verification, safety or security measures, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• Use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Service without permission.

6. Connecting & meeting travelers — your responsibility

While we verify member identities and provide safety tools, we do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the conduct, intentions, identity beyond verification, or compatibility of any member. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, safety and wellbeing when communicating with, meeting, or traveling with other members.

8. Bookings & concierge services

When you book hotels, flights, trains, cars, tours or eSIMs through the Service, those products are provided by third-party suppliers and partners. Their terms, prices and cancellation policies apply, and they — not Find Travel Partner — are responsible for delivering the booked product. Some links are affiliate links, as explained in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Optional concierge and custom travel-package services are governed by separate Concierge Services Terms and Concierge Refunds.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as profile details, photos and posts). By submitting content, you grant Find Travel Partner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and use that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Content Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, text and other materials (excluding user content), is owned by or licensed to Find Travel Partner and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant the conduct of members or the outcome of any connection, meeting or trip, and we do not endorse any member or third-party supplier.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Travel Partner and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for personal injury or harm arising from your use of the Service, interactions with members or third parties, or any trip. To the extent we are found liable, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find Travel Partner from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your interactions with other members, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination & suspension

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our policies, or to protect the Service or our community. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability and dispute terms) will continue to apply.

15. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us to seek an informal resolution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, USA, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Where permitted by law, you and Find Travel Partner agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies referenced here form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
