Concierge Services Terms

Last updated: 17 June 2026

This is a template draft for review. It is not legal advice - have it reviewed and customized by qualified legal counsel before publishing.

These terms apply to our optional concierge and custom travel-package services — where our team helps plan and arrange bespoke trips. They are in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Find Travel Partner offers optional concierge and custom travel-package services for members who want hands-on help planning a trip. This may include tailored recommendations, itinerary design, and assistance arranging bookings with third-party suppliers. These services are provided only where you specifically request and agree to them.

Our concierge service helps you plan and arrange custom trips — from itineraries to booking assistance. We act as a facilitator between you and third-party travel suppliers, who provide and deliver the actual travel products. Refunds for these services are covered in our Concierge Refunds policy.

2. Scope of services

The exact scope of any concierge engagement is set out in the proposal or quote we provide for your request. Unless expressly stated, our role is to plan and help arrange your trip — not to act as the airline, hotel, tour operator or other supplier that ultimately provides the travel.

3. How it works

  • Request — you tell us what you're looking for (destinations, dates, budget, preferences).
  • Proposal — we prepare a tailored plan and a quote, including any service fees and estimated supplier costs.
  • Confirmation — once you approve and pay as agreed, we proceed to arrange the trip.
  • Booking & delivery — bookings are made with third-party suppliers, who deliver the travel products under their own terms.

4. Fees & payment

Concierge service fees are separate from any Find Travel Partner membership and are set out in your quote. Supplier costs (such as flights, hotels and tours) are additional and are set by the supplier. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Some services may require a deposit or full payment before work begins or bookings are confirmed.

5. Third-party bookings

Where we arrange bookings on your behalf, those bookings are contracts between you and the relevant supplier. Find Travel Partner acts as a facilitator, not the principal travel supplier. The supplier's terms, pricing and cancellation policies apply, and the supplier is responsible for delivering the booked product. We are not liable for supplier acts, omissions, failures or insolvency.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete information (including names exactly as they appear on travel documents);
  • Review proposals, quotes and booking confirmations carefully before approving;
  • Ensure you meet all entry, health and travel requirements for your trip;
  • Pay agreed fees and supplier costs on time.

7. Travel documents, visas & insurance

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, including passports and any required visas, and for obtaining appropriate travel insurance. Visa requirements and decisions rest with the relevant authorities; any visa guidance we provide is informational only and does not guarantee an outcome. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.

8. Pricing & availability

Quotes are based on prices and availability at the time they are prepared and are not guaranteed until bookings are confirmed and paid. Supplier prices and availability can change, and currency fluctuations or supplier surcharges may affect final costs. We'll keep you informed of material changes before proceeding.

9. Changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a concierge arrangement, contact us as soon as possible. Service fees and supplier cancellation rules apply as described in our Concierge Refunds policy. Some supplier bookings are non-refundable.

10. Liability & disclaimers

Our concierge services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party suppliers, for events beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure), or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for the concierge service is limited to the service fees you paid us for the affected engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Concierge Services Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date, and the version in effect when you engage the service applies to that engagement.
