Subscription Terms

Last updated: 27 July 2026

This is a template draft for review. It is not legal advice - have it reviewed and customized by qualified legal counsel before publishing.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. This page sets out exactly what you are charged, when, how renewal works, and how to cancel — in one place, so nothing about it is a surprise.

1. What Premium includes

Find Travel Partner is free to use: you can create a verified profile, browse travelers, post trips and reply to anyone who messages you first without paying anything.

  • Message any traveler first, instead of waiting to be contacted.
  • Unlimited AI Trip Planner instead of a monthly quota.
  • Advanced search filters.
  • See who liked and who viewed your profile.
  • Higher placement in match results.

2. Length and price

Three billing periods are offered. All three include the same Premium features — the longer periods cost less per month.

PlanLengthPriceWorks out at
1 MonthRenews every 1 month$17.50$17.50 / month
3 MonthsRenews every 3 months$34.50≈ $11.50 / month
6 MonthsRenews every 6 months$49.50≈ $8.25 / month
Prices are in US dollars. On the website your card may be charged in your local currency at the exchange rate shown at checkout; in the apps the store shows the price in your local currency before you confirm.

3. Free first month

New subscribers get their first 30 days free. Nothing is charged during the trial — the first payment is taken when it ends, unless you cancel before then.

The free month is available once per person. If you subscribe again after cancelling, billing starts immediately.

Cancel at any point during the trial and you pay nothing at all.

4. Automatic renewal

  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.
  • Renewal is charged to the payment method on file within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • The renewal price is the price of the plan at the time of renewal. We will tell you before any price increase takes effect, and you can cancel instead.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for — you keep Premium until that period runs out.

5. How to cancel

Subscribed on the website

  • Settings → **Manage subscription** opens the billing portal, where you can cancel, change plan or update your card.
  • You can cancel at any time, including during the free month.

Subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app

  • iOS Settings → your name → **Subscriptions** → Find Travel Partner → Cancel.
  • Apple manages these subscriptions, so we cannot cancel or refund them on your behalf.

Subscribed in the Android app

  • Google Play → profile icon → **Payments & subscriptions** → Subscriptions → Find Travel Partner → Cancel.
  • Google manages these subscriptions, so we cannot cancel or refund them on your behalf.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel first, or it keeps billing.

6. Refunds

Subscriptions bought on the website are covered by our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies — we have no ability to issue those refunds. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

7. One subscription, every device

Premium belongs to your account, not to the device you bought it on. Whichever way you subscribe, you get the same features signed in on the website, on iPhone and on Android.

You only need one subscription. If you have subscribed twice by accident, contact support@findtravelpartner.com and we will help you sort it out with the right store.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change what Premium includes or what it costs. Existing subscribers are told before a change affects them, and a price rise never applies to a period you have already paid for. Continuing to subscribe after a change takes effect means accepting it; if you would rather not, cancel before your next renewal.
