- Keep early conversations on the platform. There's no rush to move to private channels. Our messaging keeps a record and lets you report issues — use it until you genuinely trust the other person.
- Have a video call before you commit. A short call before meeting in person or booking anything together confirms your companion is who their profile says — and gives you a real sense of them.

- Keep it about travel. This is a platform for finding travel companions — not for dating, soliciting or selling. Keep conversations focused on the journey.
- Protect each other. Report anything that seems unsafe or against the rules. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to behaviour that puts members at risk.

Every profile and conversation includes a report option. Flag a member in a couple of taps, tell us what happened, and our team will review it. You can block someone immediately at the same time.
What happens next
We take every report seriously and act on those that break our guidelines — including removing members and accounts where needed. Serious safety concerns are always treated as a priority.
