Verification
Email for everyone, a selfie check for anyone who wants it
Every member confirms an email address at signup. The selfie check is optional and free, takes about a minute, and shows as a verified tick.
The optional selfie check
We compare a live selfie with the member's main profile photo. No ID needed. It is needed only to join or post a verified-only plan; everything else works without it.
What the tick tells you
That their face matches their profile photos. It is not an identity or age check, and not what they are like to travel with: for that, read their profile and talk first.
Your selfie stays private
We keep only the result, verified or not, never the selfie. If you change your main photo, the tick stays when the new photo is clearly still you; otherwise we ask for a new selfie.

Report and block
From any profile, chat or room message. Blocking is instant: they can no longer see you or message you.
A scam filter
Messages with common scam patterns are held or flagged, and in city rooms they wait for review before anyone sees them.
Who can message you
Everyone, or verified travelers only. Your email and phone number are never shown to other members.
Your area, never your spot
Map pins sit on an area and distance is always rounded. Hide how far away you are, pause the map for 24 hours, or switch "Show me on the map" off.
A daily "I'm fine"
An optional one-tap check-in once a day while you travel. It never shares your location.
Meetups and city rooms
Hosting a meetup needs a profile photo, hosts who are not verified yet are labelled so, and hosts can open a plan to women only or verified only. Every plan is in a public place. Rooms have a 30-second slow mode, a text-only first day, and photos from verified members only.

What happens when you report someone
How to report
Open their profile or the message, tap the menu, and choose Report. Tell us what happened; you can block them at the same time.
What happens next
Our team reads every report and acts on those that break the guidelines, up to removing the account. Serious safety concerns come first.
If you or someone else is in danger, call the local emergency number first. Then report the person.
Community guidelines, in short
- Be real. Your own name, photos and trips. No fake profiles.
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate or unwanted advances.
- Keep it about travel. Not for dating, selling or recruiting.
- Look out for each other. Report anything unsafe.
Your data
We collect what we need to run the service and keep it safe, and we do not sell your personal data. You choose what other members see, and you can delete your account at any time from Settings.
