The founding window closes, and every founding member's free Premium ends, whichever day they joined. We email you a week before. You move to the Free plan and keep your profile, trips and chats. You're never charged automatically.
Founding member status is set the day you join and can't be earned after 31 January 2027. There's nothing to cancel and nothing is ever charged automatically.
Why some chats are free and some need Premium
Chatting with someone within 100 km of you is free, and so is every chat you already have. Messaging someone farther away needs Premium. Asking to join a trip is always free, wherever the host is.
Distance comes from your area on the map. If you are not sharing a location, we use the city on your profile.
For example: you live in Dhaka. Messaging a traveler in Dhaka or Narayanganj is free. Messaging someone in Doha needs Premium, unless they message you first or you are asking to join their trip.
This is the only thing Premium is really for. If the people you want to reach are near you, Free is the whole product.

Pay on the web or in the app
Premium follows your account wherever you bought it. Cancel in the same place you subscribed.
On the web
Paid by card on a secure checkout. Your card details never reach our servers. Cancel in Settings, Membership, Manage subscription.
In the Android app
Charged by Google Play. Cancel in Google Play, then Subscriptions.
In the iPhone app (coming soon)
Charged by Apple. Cancel in Settings, your name, then Subscriptions.
In the app, Google Play or the App Store sets the price in your currency, so it can differ from the website.
Cancelling stops the next charge. Premium stays until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when Premium ends
Nothing you made goes away. You go back to the Free plan, with Free's limits.

Premium and billing
What does Premium include?
Messaging anyone in the world, seeing who viewed your profile rather than just how many, unlimited AI trip plans, and advanced search filters. Nearby chats (100 km) and chats you already have are always free. So is every safety tool. Each plan length includes the same features.
What is a founding member?
Join by 31 January 2027 and every Premium feature is yours straight away, free, with no card asked for. It stays free until 31 January 2027, whichever day you join. We email you a week before it ends. Then you move to the Free plan, and you're never charged automatically. It's one per account.
How do I cancel?
Cancel where you subscribed: Settings, Membership, Manage subscription on the website, Google Play then Subscriptions on Android, or Settings then your name then Subscriptions on iPhone. Cancelling stops the next charge. Premium stays until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Founding members are not charged for their free Premium, so there is nothing to refund. Once you start paying, refunds follow our Refund Policy, and a purchase made in an app store is handled under that store's refund rules rather than ours.
Does Premium carry over between the app and the website?
Yes. Premium belongs to your account, not to the device, so it works everywhere you sign in. Cancelling, though, has to happen wherever you bought it.
Is any of the safety side paid?
No. The verified tick, reporting, blocking, the daily check-in, message controls and women-only meetups are free on both plans. We do not charge for safety.
