When will I be charged?
Not when you sign up. Premium starts with a 30-day free month; your first charge happens only after it ends — at the launch price of $17.50/month, $34.50 per 3 months or $49.50 per 6 months. Cancel before the free month ends and you pay nothing.
Is the 50% launch discount permanent?
Your launch price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. The regular price ($35/month, $69 per 3 months or $99 per 6 months) only applies to new subscriptions after the launch offer ends.
Can I switch between the 1, 3 and 6-month plans?
Yes, anytime from Settings → Membership. The change takes effect at your next billing period, and you keep your launch discount.
How do I cancel — and do I get a refund?
Cancel anytime from Settings → Membership. Cancelling stops future charges, and your Premium benefits stay active until the end of the period you've paid for. See our Refund Policy for the details.
Do I need Premium to book hotels or flights?
No. Booking hotels, flights, trains, cars, tours and eSIMs is free for every member — Premium is about connecting with travelers, not booking.
Is verification a paid feature?
No. Identity and email verification — and the verified badge — are free for everyone. Trust is the foundation of the platform, so we never charge for it.
