Content Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all content you create or share on the Service, including your profile details and photos, the trips you post, private messages, community feed posts and reactions, feedback, and any other material you submit.

2. What we expect

Keep your content honest, respectful and lawful. Be yourself, represent your plans accurately, and treat the community the way you'd want to be treated. Great content helps build the trust that makes traveling together possible.

3. Prohibited content

You must not post, share or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive, or contains nudity;
• Harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates others, or constitutes hate speech or discrimination;
• Depicts or glorifies violence, self-harm or graphic content;
• Is false, deceptive or misleading, including impersonation or misrepresenting who you are;
• Is spam, or unsolicited advertising, promotion or solicitation;
• Requests or facilitates scams, fraud, or money, gifts or financial information;
• Shares another person's private or personal information without their consent;
• Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• Contains malware, or links intended to harm, deceive or compromise others.

4. Profile & photo standards

• Use real, recent photos of yourself; no misleading, heavily altered or stolen images.
• Don't use photos that primarily feature other identifiable people without their consent.
• Keep profile information truthful — your name, age and details should be accurate.
• No contact details, advertising or solicitation in your profile or photos.

5. Community feed standards

The community feed is for sharing travel-related photos, updates and inspiration. Keep posts relevant, respectful and appropriate for a diverse, global audience. The prohibited-content rules above apply fully to the feed.

6. Reporting content

If you see content that breaks this policy, please report it or use the in-app reporting tools. Reports are confidential and reviewed by our team. You can also block members whose content you'd rather not see.

7. Moderation & enforcement

We use a combination of automated tools and human review to enforce this policy. Depending on the severity and history, we may remove content, issue a warning, limit features, suspend the account, or permanently remove the member. Serious violations — such as illegal content or threats to safety — may result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.

8. Appeals

If you believe we removed your content or actioned your account in error, you can contact us to request a review. Please include relevant details so we can look into it fairly.

9. Copyright & intellectual property

Respect others' intellectual property — only post content you have the right to share. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@findtravelpartner.com with: a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing content, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate. We will review and remove infringing content where appropriate, and may remove repeat infringers.

10. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it. Content you post does not represent the views of Find Travel Partner, and you retain ownership of your content as described in our Terms of Service.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Content Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the current version.
