Yes - checking is completely free and takes seconds, no account needed. Applying yourself on the official portal is also free (you pay only the government's own fee). Our optional assisted service adds a flat service fee that we always show you upfront, before you pay anything.
Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We prepare and lodge a correct, complete application to give you the best possible chance, but the final decision rests entirely with the embassy or immigration authority. Government and embassy fees are non-refundable under their own rules; our service fee covers the preparation and lodging work, not the outcome.
What does the assisted service cost?
The government/embassy fee plus our flat service fee - both shown transparently for your exact passport and destination before you commit. No hidden charges, no surprises. Applying yourself (Option 1) is always free.
Which destinations can you lodge an application for?
We provide requirement information for 190+ destinations, and managed end-to-end lodging for a growing list of countries (with more added regularly). If your destination isn't live for managed lodging yet, you can request assisted help and we'll confirm what's possible.
How long does a visa take?
It depends entirely on the destination and visa type. Each managed application shows the official processing time so you know what to expect, and we lodge promptly once your documents pass review.
What documents will I need?
It varies by country and visa type. After you pick your destination we show the exact checklist - passport, photo, financial evidence and so on - and you upload them securely. We review everything before it's lodged.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. Your documents are stored in a private, encrypted vault reachable only by you and your reviewer through short-lived signed links, and your application data is isolated to your account at the database level. You can view, replace or delete your files at any time.
